I can't say enough good things about the service I received! I only just discovered a significant mistake I had made about a month ago that affected nearly $1,000—not a scam, just an error on my part. I assumed it was unrecoverable. Unbeknown to me, Ryan and Tracy jumped into action. They traced the issue and miraculously recovered the full amount within just a couple of hours. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond is rare. This is what outstanding customer service looks like – thank you!
Terrible customer service – really unfriendly staff! Would definitely avoid banking here. I expected much better service given that my whole family has been part of this community for over 35 years.
Absolutely the most god awful human beings work at this location. Can't keep employees, because no one can stand the superiorty complex of Terry and Tracy. Just nasty
