Be ready to have every aspect of your finances verified over and over and dont get frustrated by the amount of information required to complete the process. My husband and I worked with Gregg since August 2017. We just closed on our brand new home January 2019. Gregg is not your typical lender, he has bent over backwards and stuck with us until we got the home we wanted. We would get email responses from him at all times of the day and the weekends.
