Pretty much their web system is antiquated. They're online banking is terrible. Every other bank in the country gives veterans their paychecks two to three days early. And they never heard of such thing. So to me, as a disabled veteran, they kind of suck on that. That just shows me they don't like veterans. God forbid if you ever ask a question. And it takes forever for them to process a refund. Get with the times. Computer systems are supposed to run faster than what you guys have. Makes me wonder if they're still using DOS... read more
