I use the ATM here, so this is only for that service. The bank lists clearly that you can only pull $500/day. I tried to pull $400 and got transaction failure 4 times consecutively. So I tried 200 and it worked. This bank needs to update their posted signs to reflect the actual limits, as my account had both the balance and the limit well above that.
Friendly staff but it has its issues (like most banks do)
Customer service is awful, very poor communication skills. Lori has been rude multiple times, do not recommend.
The employees In Boardman Oregon are wonderful and they make it so easy for me anytime, And they remember who I am glad I made the switch to Bank of Eastern Oregon
I love this bank I moved to Boardman recently and didn't have a current address they helped me out with a money order to pay my rent what helpful people great place will always come back
