If I could give zero stars I would. I recommended them to my client for a home mortgage. They were slow to communicate and now that we have closed on the house they still haven't wired the funds. The sellers and the agents still haven't been paid. I will never again recommend this bank for anything.
I walked in there about a year ago after my car got stolen and totaled by a gang while driving for DoorDash in Macon, GA. I wanted a car loan but had a below-600 credit score and no money to put down on a requested loan of $10k for a used car. A year went by, I boosted my credit score 50 points, came back requesting a $1,350 loan for a new moped/scooter to cover cost of the vehicle, tax, and shipping.
