My elderly grandmother has been banking with this institution for over 20 years. Over the last four months, they have charged her over $400.00 in miscellaneous fees that are not accurate fees. After discovering these fees, I attempted to get a refund. They refused and charged her two more fees. I intend to report this to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and ensue litigation if a refund is not issued. These fees are fraudulent. If you are thinking of banking with them, DO NOT.
