Every bank that i have ever experienced has been all the same...i walk in..usially stand in line...the employee asks me ....can i help you...they hand you a form to fill out and then wait in line..and you become someone just like anyone who walks in..someone they help to receive their paycheck..and say next....well...THIS ISNT THAT BANK....when i walk in i am treated on a more personable level..they take pride in their work and provide the extra help i meed to get acxomplished what i need for banking that day. This bank is holding my step sons savings account hostage even tho he is a legal adult. Just because his mother helped set up the account and says she still needs to sign which she won’t and this bank is helping her.
