My mother has been doing business there for 50 yrs. The staff has been increasingly rude to her over the last few years and They illegally took money out of her savings twice now. Austin Bradford, your Uncle would be so ashamed at you for the way you are treating older customers. He was a good man. You are not. All I can say if they take money from her savings again illegally we will be contacting a lawyer. This used to be the best bank in Trenton, maybe they need a whole new staff!
RecommendedI took my 16 year old today to open his very first bank account and they was so very helpful and sweet to him. I'm so proud of him and want to think the friendly folks for their help.
Never answer when you call them always ringing befor Lynn was working very good service but not anymore
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
