Be cautious with the BC Bank (Bank of Coushatta) Benton Rd location, especially Joni, the VP at this branch. I deposited a third-party check written in my husband’s name on Feb 25 and was told, and given a printout, that the funds would be available Feb 27. I even asked if I needed to add my husband to the account so it wouldn’t hold anything up, and was told it wasn’t necessary. The check cleared, but an extended hold was placed and the money wasn’t released until I advocated for them to be released March 6, 10 days later. ... read more

There is no comparison when dealing with a Community Bank and a big bank. Everyone here is so friendly, kind and easy to work with, I'll never open an account at a big bank again. COMMUNITY BANKS are the best and this one surpasses them all.
