Always a great experience with Bank of Coushatta. The new staff goes beyond their expertise in every way. I have been with this bank for many years and I love all the vast improvements that are taking place.

Be cautious with the BC Bank (Bank of Coushatta) Benton Rd location, especially Joni, the VP at this branch. I deposited a third-party check written in my husband’s name on Feb 25 and was told, and given a printout, that the funds would be available Feb 27. I even asked if I needed to add my husband to the account so it wouldn’t hold anything up, and was told it wasn’t necessary. The check cleared, but an extended hold was placed and the money wasn’t released until I advocated for them to be released March 6, 10 days later. ... read more
