I needed to cash some savings bonds and my bank wouldn't do it. I thought I would try at the BoC and not only were they helpful, the three clerks went above and beyond making the (surprisingly complicated) process smooth. I greatly appreciate it and would have switched banks if I hadn't been moving outside the country.
The staff are very nice and friendly, I came into the Bank of Commerce looking for donations for fundraisers they were very nice and donated.
