This institution has gone downhill over the years. When I first started banking here it was great. Now it is understaffed, long waits in the drive through, new check cashing policies including charging my clients for cashing a check if they don't have an account. Cashiers that could care less about being professional in their work. No more personal home town service. It's sad to say this bank has turned out just like the big banks. Unlike the good ole' small town bank of old. Whoever said change is good needs to look around.... read more
