I walked into a place of business that actually allowed me to conduct business without an appointment. Nice! They’ve also called a couple of times to make sure everything was going okay. It’s like having a personal banker. Excellent service and very friendly.
Brad was most helpful and the process went very smoothly.
If I could give Melissa (and the rest of the staff) a 10 I would! We had 2 relatives pass away within 3 weeks of each other. They worked with several banks. The employees at the other 2 banks were uncaring and in some cases rude when we were trying to deal with their accounts. Melissa has been outstanding!! She's caring and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. She has been available to talk with us and help us get estate accounts setup. Not a actual bank just some money exchange place why they have bank in there name is confusing but ill take my company business to wells fargo thats like going to an oil change spot and they dont offer oil they wont even let u in the building
