I banked here for a year or two. The staff here are friendly. As long as I do no online transactions everything is fine. Unfortunately, their fraud department is a mess. Every online purchase, other than amazon, is viewed as a fraud alert. Even my PC security payments were halted by these people. When I attempted to send money to personal friend overseas and they denied my intent to send funds, that was the last straw. I will never bank with any bank who uses such reckless security.
