The staff is always helpful!!! They take great care of customers! I’ve had several fraud alerts! They have great security on checking accounts!
I called in early in the day to see if I needed to make an appointment to come in and make a new account. I was encouraged to just come in. “We will be able to assist you right away no matter what time you come in.” Not only was that not true I wasted an entire lunch hour waiting in the lobby only to have to make an appointment on another day at their convenience not mine.
