I want to give a shout out to Rita. I went the bank because I had lost my card and was helped by Rita. She was able to help me and I mentioned how I did not have access to my online account for “technical problems”. Even though I only went to get a new card since I lost mine she fixed the issue with my online banking. Sterling,CO-- bank of colorado is the worst PoS bank they closed my account cause it was -2$ for 30 days so i tried to reactivate my account to get a casheirs check to pay my mortgage and then they don't want to open it again cause i just want to use it for Cashiers checks.
Horrible
The staff is always helpful!!! They take great care of customers! I’ve had several fraud alerts! They have great security on checking accounts!
