Have banked with them for several years, they have always been amazing. Decided to apply with them for a home loan. Maybe it was just the loan officer we worked with, but I can say that experience was the worst customer service we've ever had. She seemed completely unexperienced in her job, later came to find out she had been in the business for many years. Our loan type was changed without out knowledge, couldn't keep track of our info, sent us the wrong info or not in time, would not give straight answers to questions, lie... read more
