Went in today to try both open a checking account and also was going to see if i could switch out some smaller bills into larger ones (I am a full time Barber) but the lady on the little speaker box didnt want to let me in the building. So ridiculous. Great way to lose potential customers. What a joke. Also who wants to bank at a place where you have to ring a doorbell just to get in. Thats ridiculous.
As a non-customer I walked in to get a document notarized. I was refused- which honestly is the banks choice. The manager came up and bolf faced lied saying signature couldnt be authorized. As someone who is bank shopping- I would never add this bank to a list of banks to use. Also- I just had hip surgery and needed a medical document done and this bank was a block from my home and a candidate until today.
Very friendly and swiftly helpful to open a common 2 person household checking account with on-line banking.
