I went in to start a new bank account. Did the online bank set up and deposited $100 through the online account. I was helped my McKenzie or Mercedes I can’t remember the name when I first came in. I came in a couple days later to deposit the checks I couldn’t because the account wasn’t open. I was speaking with a nice woman about how I had deposited $100 online and it should be there I don’t know why it isn’t because it was saying I had 0. Bank of Colorado has been my favorite locally operated bank to with - hands down! They have worked with me on a construction loan for the past nine months offering empathy and flexibility to my situation. Every time I go into the branch on Union, I am known by the tellers and they help me effectively and efficiently with all of my banking needs. Highly recommend if you are looking for a bank with local presence!
Walked into this bank today and opened a new account today. Quick and easy staff were very helpful.
