Was trying to confirm routing and account number for a wire. Dude on the phone said he could not give out information and wouldn't allow to talk to manager and hung up phone. Never will I do business here or recommend..
I reached out four times in the last three weeks attempting to talk to a loan officer or have a loan officer reach out to me. I’ve left my email my phone number and my name each time and have yet to hear back. I’m not sure what kind of operation they’re running, but if you need help, don’t trust them to reach back out to you. Go directly into the brick and mortar office and wait to be helped because clearly they don’t understand how to get back to people.
Tyler working drive thru had his cash drawer close already at 4 :15 PM. Real arrogant and sarcastic.
I usually dread dealing with the bank in the same way people dread going to the dentist. However, my time with BoC has been generally without issue. Tyler at this location (Union) always goes above and beyond and makes sure I’m always taken care of quickly. He is prompt and reliable and that is huge, as I use this bank for my business banking. I just went in today to open an account, and Tyler was an absolute gem!! He was very professional and nice and explained everything about opening the account. Glad I switched banks.
