Great bank.
Won't cash a check unless u have an account - then 7-9 day hold on the funds. Unbelievable. What's the point of a bank. The point is they want your money in their bank so they can make money on it. Behind the guise of needing to verify things. How is it they can take my money instantly but I can't get money instantly. Well that's why banks look so incredible and everyone says hi when you walk in. They're chalk full.
A good place to bank
Had a horrible experience with the loan officer. In the beginning of the loan process I was told a certain interest rate. After paying for my appraisal my rate was changed multiple times and the process was drawn out over a few months. Loan officer didn’t want to take accountability for his word! I feel played. Wasted money and time!
Everytime I try and order something over 200 dollars it gets declined. I am fed up with this and I am contemplating changing banks!!!!! I live in a small town where there is only 1 bank and it is a branch of this bank. There customer service sucks!!!!!!!
