Unacceptable Ineptitude & Operational Failure I am closing my account, including my loan, due to consistently unreliable service and unacceptable banking procedures at Builtwell Bank. The recent incident at the 25th Street branch in Cleveland, TN, on November 14, 2025, confirmed my loss of confidence. Brandi Ensley at the 25th ST has always been very helpful and resourceful. She helps with everything including accounts, notary, etc. She is professional and always has a smile. Overall our experience at this branch and with her has been amazing!
