Good bank but the hours are wrong drivethru and lobby don’t open till 9am m-t firday 8:30am-12

Came here from another bank and was just blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of this bank. They have helped me thru many issues I’ve had with estate planning and investing. Also been patient with me as I have had to return sometimes asking the same question but in different ways. 100% recommend
Horrible place horrible rules horrible bank. I've had an account with Bank of Clarke since I was 16 and I've had nothing but problems ever since I'm 23 now and the problems continue. My card is restricted right now for what? I haven't used my card to purchase anything in days and I do not use it often. Absolutely ridiculous hate this bank. If you're looking for a bank DO NOT USE BANK OF CLARKE!!!
We have been using BOCC for almost 10 yrs now. We also have accounts with national banks. We are in the process of changing those national accounts to BOCC. Folks at the branch have always been nice and accommodating. I enjoy the small town feel. If I did have a suggestion for BOCC it is to stay up with the current trends regarding online banking and web content.
