I had a weird experience with Miss Paula. I went to in to add a joint account for my fiance and Miss Paula would not address me nor greet me. I been a customer at bank of Clarke literally since 3rd grade. She would only talk to my fiance, even asked her what type of account she’d like but acted like I wasn’t there. She then mumbled something, and when I asked to her repeat herself she said, “I’m talking to her” and then when we told her my fiance was not a citizen she rolled her eyes and said she has to start over again.
