No one has contacted me back! I visited this branch on Tuesday 11 Aug to discuss a home loan/transferring from HSBC. They told me to leave my details on a piece of paper, which I did. It has now been 2.5 weeks and no one has contacted me! terrible service. Can someone please contact me??
The banking app is a total crap. Cannot see the password we type. Cannot copy paste or save and use password. And each time even if you correctly type you get the stupid beefing codes and that’s wrong. Each time that changes. It’s the most unfriendly app it is not meant the customers to login in .
