My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Bank of China Vancouver Branch. The staff were professional, patient, and friendly. They explained everything clearly and handled our banking needs efficiently. We truly appreciate their excellent customer service and highly recommend this branch!
Waited for quite sometime before I got someone. This was okay. My problem was I could not get a sms on my phone. I just wanted to confirm it was the right phone. Checked my full name and id. Mr X decided to ask me how many accounts I had. He got impatient when I said I needed to check first. Then he asked for my email. Conclusion was I was wrong, but I did not know what.
