The gentleman on the phone service today provided excellent service. Clear information with prompt questions and considerate advice.
1. 柜员答非所问智商低下。要查流水，柜员回复一句这个账号只有200刀，没有太明白账号余额有多少跟我需要查流水有什么关联，疑似有点听不懂我说话，智商不高。 2. 业务能力差。教我在手机银行查的时候，柜员因记错查询业务的具体名称，使我没有搜到，甚至在我展示搜索业务界面结果时，非常生气地回复：“这不是中国银行app！！！”。不仅记不清业务名称，对自家手机银行界面也不熟悉，专业程度低。 3. 态度非常差。这位女士全程看起来非常生气，但我并不知道是什么具体原因。据推测，可能是工资过低导致的愤怒。这边客观上提议可以去跟老板沟通直接解决问题，对客户的态度不佳反而会导致银行客户流失使银行收益继续走低，继而间接影响到员工工资。解决不了问题的弱者才会无能狂怒。
