Excellent service, fantastic ppl!
The staff attitude was unhelpful and dismissive, and overall there was no real service provided despite having an appointment. It ended up being a complete waste of time. Very frustrating experience and definitely not the level of service you would expect from a bank.
I had a shocking experience at this branch of Bank of China. There was an older female staff member with short black hair sitting behind the front counter (not one of the tellers). While multiple customers were clearly waiting in line, she did not greet anyone, did not acknowledge the queue, and showed absolutely no sense of basic customer service. Compare with Haymarket branch, Chatswood branch deserve 0 , my parents came for reactive the mobile banking with expired E- Token… the staff here said “ it’s expired” and returned EToken to my parents without providing the new etoken or change it to other way for logging in. Also advised the wrong information saying the mobile banking was done. Yes, it was done long time ago, but we cannot log in…we don’t need you to advise it’s expired, that’s the reason they come to your bank .. obviously the Staff need to be trained again... read more
Dropped in the branch with few queries and action items. I was served by Daisy and she provided excellent customer service. She helped me with all my queries and made sure I got everything I was looking for. Very happy with the customer service provided by Daisy. Thanks you Daisy and BOC.
