I am pretty sure if you're not Chinese these guys don't want your business. They tried telling me I cannot pay for anything in china because it's an Australian only card (gwi) and wont work online?? May as well stick a sign on the front that says "we don't want your business". Pretty bad for a major Chinese bank really
