Can't believe sneak money out of my bank account. They take 50$ each year as manage fee. While I can't access my online banking, They said it's because my etoken is expired, and they can't renew it. Good job BOC! Best excuses ever, no etoken, no online banking, can't update my address, can't receive notice for me.
