As a fairly new customer to the Bank of Charlestown, not very impressed here. Poor customer service inside at the teller windows. Long wait time are a problem. Drive thru is very slow as well. One teller actually made fun of the sports teams on my T-shirt as it didn’t agree with their choice of teams. Found this be unprofessional and inappropriate not knowing me as a customer that teller had never waited on me before.
