Went to the main branch today to cash savings bonds. After endorsing the bond was told your computer system was down. No timeframe of when it will come back on line. Today I had a short window to do my banking and get my chores completed. This is a very big inconvenience. Teller was apologetic and this was not his fault. Not a happy camper.
Nothing but issues with Bill pay and Account access! When it was BcT worked fine but now Potomac...constant issues! Can't seem to get issues resolved after numerous calls. If you need a good and dependable bank, I would look somewhere else!!!!
