Always received good customer service. No issues with employees. My only gripe is when it changed from BCT to Potomac Bank. It lost its small town feel and with new locations coming up - its starting to feel like a larger bank. The systems arent the greatest - the fraud emails and texts look more like a scam then what the system thinks is a scam. IDK just not what it use to be 🤷♀️
Ms. Jessica Robinson was awesome in setting up my account today after having some issues earlier in the process. Very informative and kind, wouldn't ask for anyone better to help me out today. Setting up an account usually comes with its own hassles and problems, but we were able to figure it out quickly and effectively.
