Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have money in both accounts and they shut my account down for ZERO reason and since it's veterans Day and despite me being a veteran they won't resolve the issue. Nor have I received my checks I ordered over two months ago and they never updated my phone number not to mention the constantly down ATMs. I'll be switching banks next week. I've never had more problems with a bank. I miss Bank of America.
