The bank of Castile's systems and abilities to do normal customer service transactions ( normal with a large bank or bank of national stature) are greatly impeded by their less than, sub-par technologies. Their app is a joke, it breaks everytime you use it and the major update they just went through, and I still cannot order a debit card over the phone.
