Horrible customer service. If someone steals your money this bank tells you that they aren't liable. DO NOT USE THIS BANK THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!
My dad who recently passed away on Christmas Eve entrusted this bank with his money. When my brother, who happens to be a disabled veteran, and I went to Bank of Bridger, found out his bank account had been drained. We have statements from November, when he had been admitted to the hospital, and talked to multiple employees at the bank as well, so I know what money was in there including a deposit in December. Would rate this business a zero if I could. They let someone else charge my moms card in different cities than where we live and would not return her money terrible business my recommendation go to a different bank this one is terrible.
