I always check out a bank before opening an account. So I drove up to the drive thru and asked the lady at the window if I could get 2 rolls of quarters even tho I didn’t have an acct there yet. She smiled and said “yes”. So I placed a $20 bill in the drawer. She took it. And the lady beside her, said something to her. Then she looked at me and said “ I’m sorry. I can’t do that”. I live out of state. I had a check on this bank they cashed it but my driver's license had went out a few days before. My state has a 60 Grace period of which I was under. I was not greeted or welcomed or thanked in anyway. Not good business.
Terrible bank. Always misplacing money or miscounting and the bank manager is always so rude when it comes to resolving problems that are their mistakes.
