The manager and staff go out of their way to help customers with great sevice
Terrible
It's my personal bank although I have moved to Martinsville Va. I'm still with this bank they are always so nice and helpful love them it's the best bank
The service itself was good, however I also applied for a credit card with a small limit, and was denied because " to many opened accounts" I could truly understand if I had horrible credit or delinquent accounts, I have an excellent credit score and no flaws on my credit for a local bank it should be common sense if there is no flaws then obviously I can control my spending I wanted to use the account as an extra banking relationship, if I can major cards from Citibank, chase etc. But not from a community bank that's a prob... read more
