We love the Bank of Blue Valley!! We have been with them for over 20 years and have not had any issues with them! The location at Lackman and 95th is the BEST! They know you by name when you walk in. No matter what you need you are greeted with a smile and positive attitude. Josh and Jodi help us the most we couldn't say enough nice things about them. But no matter who helps you at this branch they are always helpful. If you want a bank that makes you feel taken care of, then this is the one!!
Have just had a wonderful experience with Michelle at the BBV branch at 95th & Lackman. She went the extra mile for me. Gold stars for her crown.
I wish they were open a little earlier, makes it easier for those of us who work full time. Otherwise, always get great service with a small town feel. Recently with one phone call to Josh our stressful and complicated transaction was executed flawlessly. Great customer service is hard to find these days! Thank you Josh!
If you're a small business this is where you want to bank. I moved but wish they were in my area. :(
The customer service can't be beat – everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. But one employee does not wear a mask. Seems like he'd show more respect and concern for his customers, especially when they are wearing masks.
