Not as easy to deal with as some other small local banks. They made 2 mistakes with my account in the first month of being a customer. So far I'm on the fence with the Bank of Bird in Hand
Very misleading. Was explained very clearly how I would be able to deposit funds when opening the account. Came back not even 7 days later and was denied permission to deposit the funds. Seemed dishonest and sketchy. Like they'll tell you whatever you want to hear before opening your account and then change the rules and gaslight you. I'm contemplating closing my account with this branch. Be careful
