I usually have a good experience at this location, but today the customer service was deeply disappointing. I used the drive-thru hoping to turn my bagged loose coins into cash because I have my son in the car and taking it to Walmart to pay the additional fee seemed insane when I Bank here. The teller abruptly stated that the branch had no change counter, implying they could not help me at all. They are crooks. I was buying a trailer from Sandcrest, they offered me a 7% interest rate. I called Aaron on voice record. He recommend I use my home equity line through them and he would write me a loan to pay it back off immediately. And I could just use them. He lied. He is a hustler. I go and take out 7600.00 after talking Sandcrest down from 8200.00 as he said and bought the trailer using my home equity line. He doesn't return my wife or my calls for days. Then I call upset.
