I would advise small business owners to look elsewhere. I closed my accounts after dealing with a complete lack of accountability and professional care from management at this branch. My experience with the Branch Manager, David Norton, was incredibly disappointing. He was dismissive and passive throughout a months-long fraud investigation, even claiming he was "just being brought into" a situation that he had been included on for weeks. Staff that goes out of their way to assist you, very detail oriented, and go beyond the level of service I have had at any other bank.
The worst customer service I have found anywhere.Moved everything to BOA.
