Literally THE WORST Bank of America in the country. Not sure why they’re still open.
Usually, I never leave negative feedback. I ran out of patience. I wonder why this bank called a bank? I asked today to exchange my twenties to one hundreds bills in the amount of $1500 total and got response - we don't have it. Is that a bank or private small business that they don't have $1500 in cash? Not only that, when I asked do you have fifties instead, I got answer that they need cash for Bank of America clients...
