Bank of America does not care about their customers. I deposited a check over 3 weeks ago and it is not deposited in my account and now my account is frozen and I can not access any of my hard earned money. They have no resolution. There is a different department to speak with, different hold placed on my account every time I call. Beyond frustrating!!! I have been banking with BOA for over 10 years and this experience is unacceptable. I will be closing my account and filing a complaint with the CFPB.
