Lobby being closed due to COVID, Fine. But drive-thru service would be nice at least.
This bank is closed most of the time the ATM doesn't work. Horrible customer service. Both banks in my area are now closed. Useless bank !!
Branch has been closed since COVID started, which was understandable at first. But now that restrictions have been lifted they should at least have short hours or drive-thru only. The ATM is empty at least 75% of the time I go to try to get money out. On top of that, BoA recently start charging fees for not using their ATMs. Either service the machine more often or stop charging to use other ones. This branch is temporarily closed. The ATM hardly ever works. This bank does not care about the community it’s in. So this is what we have. Very sad.
They closed Brown Mills, and Homestead, two communities that have people with transportation problems, but, leave the rich enclave of Bordentown open? #Sad!!!! Sadder that they try to make it acceptable to abuse the most needy, because, Covid-19.
