Guess my time isnt important, made my appointment, was there for my appointment. 4 tellers, no line. No greet for my appointment, and then i watched someone who apparently knew the specialist and jumped right on in the office to have their business taken care of, guess they were in a hurry. You did help tho....gonna close those accounts. Almost forgot, went to talk to a teller and was told to wait a moment.
I showed up without an appointment for a notary. The staff noticed what I needed while still in line and squeezed me in between existing appointments. I was out the door in 15 mins (which was great because I was heading to Logan). Exceptional empathy and service from the staff. Thank you.
Avoid this branch if possible. BS answers to basic questions. Manager doesn't seem to understand how checks work. I would give negative stars if possible. I've been a loyal boa customer for over 20 years and was just dismissed as if I had no business there. I will be taking my personal and small business accounts elsewhere.
Slowest bank around. More then once I've had to walk out after 15 min of waiting to cash a check.
