Avoid this branch if possible. BS answers to basic questions. Manager doesn't seem to understand how checks work. I would give negative stars if possible. I've been a loyal boa customer for over 20 years and was just dismissed as if I had no business there. I will be taking my personal and small business accounts elsewhere.
Slowest bank around. More then once I've had to walk out after 15 min of waiting to cash a check.
Worst BOA in the area. I go out of town now to conduct banking matters. I'm a big fan of Fairhaven, MA BOA!
Do not do any bussines with this bank . The manager is a horrible and rude person (before my experience was in line for 45 mins people watching ) Not only rude to customers but employees. To top it off I Had a horrible experience simply cashing a check drawn from Bank of America. End of story after 30 mins of various versifications digital and non digital and sporting the amount they were cashing when the Time came to hand over the money for the check I wash cashing the manger refused .
