Very bad experience while using atm they blocked my card which I have get inside for no reason i don’t have any problem with other location very bad customer service too
Worst experience of my life. I bring a $4000 check from my wife to cash for countertop top company. They didn’t cash it because I didn’t have an account with them. I gave them my ID but the teller said I, I have to open an account. Branch manager came & said it’s because of amount exceeding $3500. I got another check for $2000 later that day. Same teller. Bank of America has let me down for the last time I shall take my business elsewhere admittedly I don't have a lot but I'm sure there is a bank that will appreciate and not lie to me
