The people are kind, courteous and highly professional
Go to a different bank. Needed to urgently cash my check and get answers, spoke to a personal banker at this location on a Saturday, she told me she would call me on Monday or Tuesday of the next week and NEVER got back to me. It’s now11 AM Tuesday and I haven’t heard a word from her, not even a call or email. Why even say you will help if you know you can’t follow through?
