Thank You Melissa Absolute awful location awful customer service. Christmas Eve came to Withdraw from savings for a new car for family they treated me as if I was doing fraud. Gave them my passport multiple debit credit cards and old id. Even my health insurance card and Waited for 2 hours my account got locked, left with no money. I asked to withdraw 6500 btw. I’m leaving this one star review to bring serious attention to the ongoing issues at this Bank of America branch. I’ve witnessed the branch manager Melissa, regularly harass and belittle the associates, meaning Tim,Nigora, and Zachary. All whom are kind,knowledgeable, and professional every time I visit. One instance that deeply disturbed me was seeing a client falsely accuse Nigora of stealing and verbally berated her. Melissa the manager, stood by and did nothing to protect or support her team.
