Made an appointment to open an IRA CD. Noted same on notes for appointment. Upon arrival I was told they no longer open IRA CDs at branch. Poor communications. Poor policy.

Easy to locate and navigate. Near many other downtown amenities.
Only used the ATM today, but have been inside the branch several times. It’s a great location and staff is friendly…my only complaint is why closed on the weekends??? In a Very busy area of downtown Madison this makes little to no sense in my opinion.
