Michele was really helpful when I came in this morning to dispute a charge since I had trouble doing so over the phone, she also explained how to build credit and got me set up with a new card! She is a very knowledgeable banker, the walk in went smoothly thanks to her expertise. Today I went to BOA in Dunkirk to get some money converted to smaller bills. John helped me right away and was very professional and efficient. I left the bank and as I was driving home, John called to let me know that I had left my small zippered pouch on the counter in front of his window. I returned within the hour and retrieved my bag, thanked John and his bank manager (who noticed it on tge counter) profusely and was on my way. First I would like to say the staff were really helpful they handled my issue in a promptly manner and waived any fees that resulted from the problem. Now the problem the second ATM ate my card. I inserted it and could not get it back. Apparently the machines are owned by a 3rd party so even going in no one could retrieve my card. It really threw my day off and it was right before a holiday. The ATM has not given back correct withdrawals twice in the last month. Dec 23rd they had 1 teller and 20 people in line. Did away with Saturdays and tellers telling me I called too many times and would call back which she never did.
