Very good service and fast-paced
I'm only giving this bank 1 star because it won't allow me to give it no stars. I will NEVER do business with bank of America. My bank card (from a different bank) was eaten by their ATM Saturday night. I went into the branch this morning to retrieve it. I was told that they don't have access to their own ATM machine & that I need to contact my bank for a replacement. Place is terrible. Never has $100 bills… crazy!
Closed on Saturday.
Went today to get a document notarized. After standing around, not getting service, someone finally comes out of the office and we ask them. "Oh, you need an appointment." Makes sense, with covid and all. However, there is not a single other customer in the store. "Can I make an appointment now?" Oh, we're booked all day. Not a single other customer, and getting a document notarized takes 2 minutes. We've been BofA customers for decades. I guess I should be expecting terrible customer service at this point.
