I'm only giving this bank 1 star because it won't allow me to give it no stars. I will NEVER do business with bank of America. My bank card (from a different bank) was eaten by their ATM Saturday night. I went into the branch this morning to retrieve it. I was told that they don't have access to their own ATM machine & that I need to contact my bank for a replacement. When I asked who could get into the machine they told me that it's an outside company and they have no control over when/if they come. I asked if they could co... read more
