Huge mistake on a wire transfer from one of the managers in the Skidaway branch! When asked to write a letter with all my wire information this person made two mistakes on my account number when writing up the letter and caused a huge delay on my business closing! This person was blatantly negligent!!! Beware!!
Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. What's the point of a physical branch if the service is awful?

All the staff here are very friendly! I feel very lucky to have come to this bank from the beginning! My English is not very good, but all the staff members have been very patient and helpful. Being away from home, I really feel warm and welcomed here. Highly recommend this BOA!
