Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. What's the point of a physical branch if the service is awful?
Very bad
All the staff here are very friendly! I feel very lucky to have come to this bank from the beginning! My English is not very good, but all the staff members have been very patient and helpful. Being away from home, I really feel warm and welcomed here. Highly recommend this BOA!
Twice now I have waited for 20 minutes or more when I was the only person in the bank or drive-through If you have 30 minutes to wait for the front teller to come to the drive-through or vice-versa, but there is nothing fun about slow or non- service. Mid- morning or early afternoon they only have one teller for the whole bank and this has been going in for three or four months.
