I was surprised, it was a Saturday and the lobby was open although the drive though was not. So we were able to Cash a check on a Saturday.

Ed Gear who is the assistant manager at this location was the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have dealt with and our many years of using Bank of America. We are a company that has several different store locations across the state of Florida and have been doing business with Bank of America for at least 28 years and our Inverness location goes to this particular branch whenever we have to drop deposits and we had to make a deposit in store in person because it was the end of the month and he was extremely rud... read more

We just recently moved to Inverness. I stopped by the Bank of America since I was passing right by it and thought I would just change my address for my debit card. I spoke with Linda and she seemed irritated to help me. She took her IPad and typed on it and said to put my pin # in. I did and she said it was not good - it didn't accept it. She them took me over by the teller and she set something up and told me to put my pin # in. I thought maybe I made a mistake with the pin and put in another pin # (for we have 2 banks).
