Worst BOA ever. Ed does not help anyone. David, educates, with untruth. Most of this banks employees left, and for good reason. I have had BOA for 20 years because of traveling. Again, this is the worst . Customer is NEVER right and "education" for customers is false information. I informed them bi was going to check the info provided by David. I checked all FALSE.

Horrible costumer service. I took an disabled elderly veteran in for assistance with reporting fraud and closing out the account and the bank manager refused to assist. He was more focused on the iPad he was carrying around and less interested in the consumers waiting to be served. He handed the veteran a business card to the fraud department explaining that they do not assist with fraud at the bank.
