The new ATMs stole my money and I have now been in here for an hour “waiting in line” just to talk to someone to try and get my money back, I put money it it spit some out said have a good day and that was that, I’ve also been on hold with the atm help line that it has on the machine to call for 50 minutes. The guy inside only gave me the same phone number that I was already on and said good luck after finally talking to him, half my day is being spent trying to get back my own money from the bank…

Worst BOA ever. Ed does not help anyone. David, educates, with untruth. Most of this banks employees left, and for good reason. I have had BOA for 20 years because of traveling. Again, this is the worst . Customer is NEVER right and "education" for customers is false information. I informed them bi was going to check the info provided by David. I checked all FALSE.
