Easy in, easy out ATM drive thr
Horrible costumer service. I took an disabled elderly veteran in for assistance with reporting fraud and closing out the account and the bank manager refused to assist. He was more focused on the iPad he was carrying around and less interested in the consumers waiting to be served. He handed the veteran a business card to the fraud department explaining that they do not assist with fraud at the bank. This bank is the least customer friendly bank I have ever worked with. I will be discontinuing my account at this bank. I will transfer my business to another bank.
Why have a phone if you never plan on answering it? Tried for over 10 minutes to get you to answer a phone and not even so much as a BOA so and so speaking can you hold please. How hard is that? So happy I don’t back with you.
Obnoxious spammers will still spam you with BS even after you’re no longer a customer. Terrible business.
