Had the worst experience.Their ATM teller were not working. Had to go inside and there was 2 tellers. A huge line of people. Also, the ATM outfront worked. There was also a very long line of people. And when I finally got to use it, you cannot see the screen because of the Sun.And it took forever to make a deposit, very out of date machinery. Very disappointed with this bank.I'm actually thinking of changing banks. I still cannot believe they don't have drive through tellers. The lady in the bank at the front explain to me."... read more
I tried calling them for over 1 hour and no one could pick up the phone, no one! But they are quick to charge you with all kinds of fees without your consent. What a bunch of clowns!
Pathetic service, this location should be permanently closed!
Worst customer service! I've been sitting in lobby waiting for personal service 45 minutes & longer too wait........
Called the bank like 12 times they never answered keep going to some type of robot this way after a few rings the robot tells you no one is available
