Bank of America is getting better. I'm very happy with the way things are going now. We could use a few more locations around town to help with the long lines. I want to shed some light on 2 of their employees. Priscilla was very sweet and though she wasn't able to help me, she got me set up with Jenny Asare from Merrill. Jenny Asare is a trove of financial knowledge! Thank you ladies
Lines are always long,Only 1 clerk the last few times iv been here.This time 15 min wait,last time was about 40 minutes
