I made a $649 cash deposit at the ATM inside this branch on March 3 at 9:56 AM. The machine accepted the full amount and issued a receipt, but the funds never posted to my account. I had to call and open a claim, and was told it may take up to 10 business days to resolve. For a cash deposit made at a branch ATM, this timeline is unacceptable and caused significant stress. Cannot get an answer why our wire transfer isnt being processed.
Came in to update my account name and have new cards with the name mailed to me. Fast forward to today, and they mailed me new cards with my maiden name. So I had to call BOA's customer support and have someone remail my cards. The agent let me know while the person did update my account, they forgot to update my card information. So now I have to wait another week for my cards to get here. whomp whomp.
Had an excellent customer service experience at this branch. I needed to update my last name and add my husband to my account, turning it into a joint account. We didn’t need to schedule an appointment, just waited about 20 minutes, and one of the staff members helped us and treated us really well. All the employees were very polite!
