This is actually the slowest bank I’ve ever been to!! Multiple times I’ve had to wait almost an hour just to make a simple payment! There’s always a wait. If you’re planning to do something at this bank make sure to set aside a couple of hours.

Been calling for hours and no one answering calls, That's why I bank with Rally, they take great care of their customers and answer the phone.I only was reminded of Bank of America's terrible service cause I had to cash a check & that proved to be Impossible.
There’s a reason this branch has such bad reviews. $8 fee to cash a Bank of America check and an attitude to go with it.
