Been w B of A 22 years. They screwed up a transaction. They cashed a check we paid out twice. We had to notify them of this. Tried to call Dodge street location ALL Day because we our out of town. If you call the customer service they can t help and say to reach the dodge location because they can’t call them?! I tell them we can get ahold of them. This is B OF A mistake but we have to figure out how to get the $2000. INSANE How can this large of a company run like this? A BANK!
