This has to be the worst bank in Omaha and that’s saying allot. I had fraud occurring on my account and I was told to set up an appointment . That appt then was scheduled for a week later . They weren’t concerned . They sent my cars to the wrong address and it 2 months to get the cards If you need to get cash cause there ATM is firm Moore often than working you have to wait to see oz the person behind the door .
