My wife and I received incredible customer service from Wayne, Ryan, and the other staff at this location. Preferred Rewards are an enormous benefit, especially the credit card rewards booster. Very happy!
Great experience
New faces but service is still bad. I came in for information but was told I needed an appointment. I came in on time for my appointment but had to wait 30 minutes and then the Merrill Lynch person didn't even speak with me . I tried to work with the other girl but she needed to do research or find someone who could help me. I called her back a few days later and had to remind her who I am, obviously she had not followed through with looking into my issue.
