The bank hours at this location are not conductive to working people. I asked one of the employees several months ago if the hours were going to ever change and she replied no, she didn’t think so. I understand this branch was opened during the height of COVID, but the hours should have changed after COVID. In order to accommodate everyone who needs to use the bank, the hours need to be better. Most banks are open 8 to 5pm. I have never seen a bank only open from 10 to 4.
I have been to this site to open an account for my parents. The leader of this site is lack of the knowledge. After spending almost 1 hour, the account was not opened. I sent them email , but no response. This site is good for some cash withdrawal, deposit, etc. For a little complex work, go to other BOA site.
